About Rachel
Rachel Gordon began her journey with UTBS six years ago as an RBT and has grown through multiple roles, including Lead and Professional Lead. In February 2025, she passed her BCaBA exam and now works as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst, excited to serve clients and families more closely in this new role. She graduated in December 2024 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and minors in Autism Studies and Cognitive Neuroscience. She plans to continue her education by pursuing a master’s degree in Behavior Analysis with the goal of becoming a BCBA. She has always loved working with children, but feels especially passionate about supporting those who are learning to communicate their needs and find their voice. She finds deep fulfillment in watching a child light up with pride over a new accomplishment and being part of that meaningful progress. When she does find a moment of free time, she enjoys swimming, spending time near the water, and the occasional yoga session.
