About Emma
Emma Wilden has been a valued member of Utah Behavior Services since Fall 2018, building a strong foundation across multiple roles and consistently growing within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. She began as a Registered Behavior Technician in Spring 2019 and has since served in a variety of capacities, including Group Lead, Mentor, Note Coach, Note Reviewer, and member of the Ethics Committee. Her supervisory experience includes work as a BCaBA Intern from November 2022 to June 2024 and currently as a BCBA Intern. Emma passed her BCaBA exam in January 2025. Emma holds an Associate of Science degree from Snow College (2020) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Purdue University Global (2023). She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology. Emma brings creativity, curiosity, and thoughtful problem-solving to every aspect of her work. She values open communication and strives to ensure that clients and families feel truly heard, supported, and empowered throughout their ABA journey. Outside of her professional role, Emma enjoys spending quality time with her husband and four children. In her free time, she writes stories and poetry, draws, reads, and is always looking for new ways to explore creativity and learning—both personally and professionally.
