About Allison

Allison Phillips has a Masters of Social Work from Boston University and a Masters of Special Education from the University of Utah. As an LCSW and a BCBA, she specializes in developing treatment for clients and their family systems to ensure that long-term changes can occur. Allison has been working with children and families since 2010 and has experience working with young children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Her passion is to provide others with the tools and skills they need to be successful. Her clinical approach is rooted in CBT and solution-focused modalities with a focus of adapting thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to allow clients and their families to be as successful as possible. As a member of the Quality Assurance team, Allison focuses on ensuring compliance with standards, developing company policies and programs, and mentoring employees. When she’s not at work, Allison enjoys going on adventures (both near and far) with her husband and four children.
