Early Intervention Program
Play-based ABA for toddlers and preschoolers — in the window when it matters most.
5× Best Behavioral/Mental Health Treatment in Southern Utah · Voted #1 in Utah 6 years running · CASP 2026 Platinum Sponsor
Why the early years carry so much weight
Between roughly 18 months and 5 years, a child's brain builds connections at a pace it will never match again. Early intervention ABA works with that window — teaching communication, imitation, play, and connection while the foundation is still being poured.
Bridgeway's early intervention program pairs BCBA-designed, play-based programs with heavy parent coaching, delivered in the clinic, at home, or both. And because Bridgeway performs autism evaluations in-house, families can go from first concern to diagnosis to services without joining a second waitlist.
- Naturalistic, play-based teaching (learning looks like play, because it is)
- Functional communication first — words, signs, or pictures
- Parent coaching woven into every week
- Available at Bridgeway centers statewide and in-home where staffing allows

Frequently Asked Questions
How young can my child start?
Bridgeway serves toddlers as young as diagnosis allows — often around age 2. If you don't have a diagnosis yet, our evaluators can assess your child first.
How many hours per week?
Your BCBA recommends intensity based on your child's needs — early intervention commonly ranges from focused (10–15 hours weekly) to comprehensive (25+ hours) models. Insurance authorization is part of the equation, and we handle that with you.
